Looking for an experienced freelance chef who would be available to work for a family for ad hoc weekends in Surrey, but who would also be available to work over the Easter period (16-22 April) in Scotland. The cook must be a driver and working actively as a freelance private chef. Ideally the cook will be based in London, or near to the Oxted area with their own car. Accommodation can be provided both in Oxted and Scotland for the dates you are working.
In Oxted, it would be doing lunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sundays, usually for 2 adults and 2 children, but the chef should be flexible to cook for additional guests when required, and must also be capable of cooking to any last minute changes or requests.
The chef will be responsible for the menu planning, shopping, cooking and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy.
Family style food required - roast chickens, veggies, nice salads etc, and all well presented.
Please only apply if you are also available 16-22 April and are a FAMILY Style cook - this is not suited to a 'fine dining' style chef. Flexible and friendly attitudes essential.
