Cook required for a dinner party for 10 people on Saturday 12th April 2025. 10 people. Live out - cook should be local with their own car and prep most of the food off site and finish off at the house.
They would like:- A couple of canapes, First course (plated) , Main course (served preferably) , Pudding (plated)
Menus to be looked into but something like:-
1st course - asparagus with Hollandaise or other (if don’t use it as first course, could accompany main)
Main course - veal (escalopes) preferably
Pudding to be discussed - rhubarb soufflé?
Open to suggestions. Like to eat seasonally. Like Italian/ottolenghi style food.
