Cook required on 29th March - Private home in Kensington, London - ladies lunch for 20 people. They would like a buffet with fillet of beef, some Ottolenghi type salads, some salmon fillets etc. Pudding can be a lemon tart or similar. Guests arrive at 12.30. The client will organise waiting staff, the chef should prep off site and then come to the house to plate it all up and clean kitchen etc. Food to be served Luke warm.

This is for a freelance London based cook - not for someone travelling in and charging to travel into London etc. Someone 100% reliable and organised required.
