The family live at the property all year round, but travel during every school holidays. The candidate must be happy to stay overnight on site for all school holidays/family absence for security purposes. This role would be best suited to an experienced groundsperson that is happy to stay on site during family absence. No pets or partners. Annual leave to be taken during the term time, and to be agreed with the principal in advance.
